About Your Doula

Hi, I’m Diana — a Birth and Postpartum Doula serving families in Calgary and surrounding areas. I believe every mother and family deserves compassionate, respectful, and non-judgmental support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum season.

My journey into birth work began with my own motherhood experience, and has grown into a deep calling to walk alongside families during one of life’s most transformative times. I offer heart-centered care rooted in presence, encouragement, and informed decision-making. Whether you’re preparing for your first baby or navigating your fourth, I’m here to support your vision, your voice, and your values.

When I’m not supporting families, you’ll find me spending time with my two amazing kids, enjoying good music, or grounding myself in nature. My approach is calm, nurturing, and tailored to meet your unique needs — because no two journeys are the same.

Services & Fees

🌿 Birth Doula Support — Investment $900

  • 2 prenatal visits (in-person and/or virtual)

  • Unlimited phone/text/email support

  • 24/7 On Call support from 37 weeks

  • Continuous in-person labor support

  • 1 postpartum follow-up visit

  • Unlimited phone/text/email support for six weeks postpartum

  • 50% deposit to book, balance due by 36 weeks

🌙 Postpartum Doula Support — Investment $30 per hour

  • In-home care to ease your transition after birth

  • Infant care, emotional support, and feeding guidance

  • Light household help (dishes, laundry, tidying)

  • Daytime and overnight support available

🏥 In-Hospital Overnight Support - Investment $150 per night (Reg $240)

  • In hospital overnight support

  • Infant care, emotional support, and feeding guidance

  • Nurturing care for client and newborn

Serenity Birth & Postpartum Doula Services is growing—Sleep Consulting Services are coming soon! Families will soon have access to customized sleep plans, compassionate coaching, and ongoing support to make rest a reality. Your family’s sleep journey is about to feel a lot lighter. 🌸
